GIADA VALENTI CELEBRATES EUROPEAN DIVAS

) on Sunday, April 13th at 8:30 pm, international singer Giada Valenti
will do a tribute to the great European Divas; Edith Piaf, Marlene
Dietrich, Dusty Springfield, and Italian singer Mina. Giada Valenti
worked together for this show with stage director Vicki Stuart, who
at the moment also works with the emerging artist Tony DeSare. Musical
director is Don Rebic, who worked also with Peggy Lee, Lainee Kazan,
Karen Aken and Regis Philbin.
The evening will be filled with emotion and elegance
as Ms. Valenti performs such songs as "The More I See You, The More
I Want You", "Io Che Non Vivo Senza Te (You Don't Have to Say You
Love Me)" and "Lili Marlene". In this show she will give special
attention to one of her idols, Edith Piaf, by performing songs as
"La Vie En Rose", "Milord", "Mon Dieu" and "Non Je Ne Regrette Rien".
Giada is born and raised in Venice, Italy. She started
to sing and play piano at the age of 7. And she was already touring
professionally with a band at the age of 12. She studied piano and
music theory at the Santa Cecilia music school in Venice and got
her music degree at the G.Tartini Institute in Trieste. She also
took singing lessons in Venice with American jazz singer Down Mitchell.
Since her arrival in New York from Venice, Italy
3 years ago, Giada Valenti has attracted a fast-growing fan base
in the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Illinois and Florida area.
She performs regularly in theatres, clubs, and at festivals. She
is a favorite guest on New York and New Jersey radio shows.
