SAN FRANCISCO: GENECCO, DONDY & RYAN OPEN NEW CABARET VENUE
Terese Genecco, Amy Dondy and Shawn Ryan will present three spectacular nights of musical entertainment in one weekend as the celebrate the opening of ANGELICA'S SUPPER CLUB & BISTRO (863 Main Street, Redwood City, CA - 650-365-3226 - http://www.angelicasbistro.com/ ). Terese will open the cabaret weekend on Friday, August 15th at 8:00 pm.
On Saturday, August 16th, Amy Dondi lights up this new venue, also at 8:00 pm. Cover for each show is $20 in advance/$25 at the door plus $30 for pre-fixe gourmet dinner.
Shawn Ryan takes over the room on Sunday the 17th with a special benefit for The Young Actor's Theatre Camp Scholarship Fund starting at 4:00 pm with a Silent Auction. At 5:00 pm, dinner service starts and at 7:00 pm, Show Time! $75 includes beer, wine and appetizer tasting and reception, a silent auction, a multi-course gourmet dinner & the show!
Angelica's Bistro, a beautiful and historic antique store/supper club, housed in an 1886 former theatre, has fast become the Peninsula's newest hot spot for enjoying world-class live entertainment, great food and a copious array of fine wines and micro-brewery beer. The "Cabaret Celebration Weekend" will mark the Grand Re-opening of the newly renovated showroom, which will boast a new, larger stage; a new grand piano and newly installed state-of-the-art lighting and sound.
