Tom Andersen Releases New CD

Tom Andersen has just released his latest CD, "Who Knows?" in conjunction with his appearance on Tuesday, October 21st at THE TOWN HALL (123 West 43rd Street, NYC - http://www.the-townhall-nyc.org/) as part of the 14th Annual MABEL MERCER CABARET CONVENTION. This astonishing album combines acoustic pop, country and swing, and features four of Andersen's original tunes (co-written with Tim DiPasqua and Ian Herman), including "Another Tuesday" and "Then Again." "Who Knows?" The recording also includes his country swing version of Rodgers & Hammerstein's "A Lovely Night" and his heart-wrenching rendition of the Patsy Cline classic "I Fall to Pieces." The CD is being distributed through Original Cast Records (http://www.originalcastrecords.com/).

In New York, Andersen has played Carnegie Hall, Weill Recital Hall, the Algonquin and Tavern on the Green. He has headlined at the Kennedy Center, and won five MAC Awards from the Manhattan Association of Cabarets & Clubs (http://www.macnyc.com/) and three BACK STAGE Bistro Awards for his singing, songwriting and recording. Signed by Warner Chappell, this ASCAP member has had his songs sung throughout the world. He also has shared the stage with Liza Minnelli, Tony Bennett, Michael Feinstein and Stephen Schwartz.
