MENZIE & MICHAEL DUO CELEBRATES NEW SHOW AND CD RELEASE

---

One of Chicago's favorite duos, Beckie Menzie and Tom Michael, present their new show entitled "Better Two-gether," a tribute to some of the greatest musical two-somes including Simon and Garfunkel, The Everly Brothers, Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers, Louis Prima and Keely Smith, The Carpenters and Steve and Edie.

The shows, directed by Rob Lindley, will take place at DAVENPORT'S (1383 North Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago, IL - 773-278-1830 - http://www.davenportspianobar.com/ ), Saturdays in April, the 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th, all shows at 8:00 pm.

The show also celebrates the release of Menzie and Michael's debut duo CD "Better Two-gether," which is a showcase of pop songs, classic standards, movie gems and Broadway favorites performed in their unique style. The CD is yet another triumph for Menzie and Michael and with one listen you will understand why they are called one of the most compelling duos in cabaret today.
