SAN FRANCISCO - PACIFIC NORTHWEST
JERSEY BOYS AND AVENUE Q CASTS JOIN FOR BENEFIT CABARET
Cast members for the touring companies of two Tony Award Winning musicals,
AVENUE Q and JERSEY BOYS, are joining forces one night only to raise
funds for The Richmond/Ermet AIDS Foundation and Broadway Cares/Equity
Fights AIDS on Monday August 20th at 7:30 pm at the POST STREET THEATRE
(450 Post Street, San Francisco, CA - 415-273-1620 - http://www.poststreettheatre.com/
). This exclusive "One Night Only Cabaret" event feature cast members
from these Broadway shows performing song selections of their own choice
to present an evening of upbeat, high-energy music and comedy.
"Avenue Q" opens in San Francisco on August 7th and
plays through September 2nd. "Jersey Boys" has been playing to sold-out
audiences all year but will end it's San Francisco run in September.
The Richmond/Ermet AIDS Foundation has worked with over
24 touring casts to date to produce "One Night Only Cabaret" events
and looks forward to another successful evening benefiting these worth
while charity organizations. To date, REAF has distributed over $2
million to AIDS service agencies.
Tickets for "One Night Only Caberet" are $75/front orchestra,
$50 middle and side orchestra and $35 rear orchestra.
REAF's next "One Night Only Cabaret" is slated for Monday,
September 10th with the cast of "MAMA MIA at CLUB FUGAZI (678 Green
Street, San Francisco, CA - 415-431-4222), home of Beach Blanket Babylon.
Tickets for this event are available through the Beach Blanket Babylon
box office.
