LONDON MUSICAL THEATRE STAR MAKES HER PLUSH ROOM DEBUT

) proudly presents MELANIE STACE STEPPIN' OUT Tuesday through Sunday,
August 14th through 19th. 2007 has been a highly successful year for
Melanie Stace, having just completed three sell-out seasons for Teatro
Zinzanni in the USA, playing the lead role of Madame Zinzanni in San
Francisco, followed by two further seasons in Seattle.
In Britain, Melanie was first introduced to television audiences
as the popular co-presenter of BBC televisions The Generation Game,
which she co-presented over a period of six years. She quickly became
a household name and personality, much in demand both on TV and in
Theatre. During this time, she appeared on many leading light entertainment
TV shows, including The Royal Variety Performance and was presented
with the Through The Keyhole key by Sir David Frost.
Apart from her many television appearances, Melanie is also a fully
trained singer, dancer and actress, having appeared in many diverse
productions ranging from Shakespeare to Pantomime.Melanie starred
in the London West End Productions: "Crazy For You", "Copacabana",
and "Follies". She has also toured the U.K. with the BBC Big Band,
and this fall she will be embarking on a 50 date U.K. tour of MAGIC
OF THE MUSICALS.She recently recorded her first album How Lucky, which
features twelve of her favorite songs, and includes duets with the
legendary Petula Clark and West End Star Tim Flavin.
Currently, Melanie is in the studio working on her second album
The Key To Me which will be a selection of her own original songs.
In recent months, Melanie has taken her new one woman show onboard
the QE2 and the QM2, The Pizza On The Park in London.
