The two are sharing the stage in a sophisticated evening of songs that evoke the spirit of winter. "Winter Sweet" will comprise the music of Berlin, Gershwin, Porter and Wilder, plus a few surprises.

Laura Hull's career began at the resort hotels of upstate New York's fabled Catskill Mountains and has continued her career as a jingle, showcase, session and lead singer. She made her NYC, Chicago and New Hope cabaret debut in 2003 with "No Regrets," directed by cabaret producer Bob Egan. In 2004, she and her singing partners won acclaim at the Midtown Cabaret Festival for their vocal revue, "3 For The Show," directed by Bistro award-winning Gerry Geddes.

In NYC, she has performed at Danny's Skylight Room, Mama Rose's, and St. Peter's Midtown Jazz at Midday to name a few. Laura leads her own jazz ensemble and just concluded an 18-month run at the Westin Governor Morris Hotel in Morristown, NJ, and is currently hosting the "Sunday Singers Showcase" at EIGHTY EIGHTS (1467 Main Street, Rahway, NJ). She performs weekly at a variety of jazz venues in NY, NJ, and CT. Laura co-produced her debut CD of original music, "Hullabaloo," with musical director and arranger, Pat Firth, which has garnered her several songwriting awards.

Rio Clemente's career began with a BMI scholarship for musical theater and subsequently studied at the Julliard School of Music. A grant from Broadway Tomorrow for new composers followed and soon he was making television appearances and playing professionally at the JVC Jazz Festival, Newport Jazz Festival, Avery Fisher Hall and Carnegie Hall. He has played at the United Nations, has appeared with the Jefferson Symphony in Golden, CO, the Livingston, NJ Symphony, and with various ensemble groups. He has appeared at jazz venues around the country, performed for dignitaries from coast to coast and recorded for a variety of labels.

Rio has composed the music for three musicals including acclaimed family musical, "Dobdinob" and has released 8 CDs under his own label. As a music educator, Rio leads the Generations of Jazz program for the New Jersey Jazz Society and presents customized education programs for other organizations including "Viva La Musica Latina." He performs weekly at jazz and concert venues around NY, and NJ.

Rio is a long-standing member of the Friars Club; voted "Professional Artist of the Year" by the Morris County Arts Council; named "Musician of the Year" by the New Jersey Jazz Society; and NJ Monthly Magazine named him among its "Top 40 New Jerseyans."
