CABARET NEWS - NEW YORK CITY

TWO REAL DOCTORS PERFORM DAMAGED CARE
"Damaged Care: The Musical Comedy about Health Care in America" will be performed on Saturday, October 27th at 8:00 pm at PEOPLES' VOICE CAFE (45 East 33rd Street, NYC - TKTS: 212-352-3101 - http://www.theatermania.com ). The show is written and performed by "The Singing Doctors," Greg LaGana, M.D. and Barry Levy, M.D. Musical Direction is by Brad Ross and the show is directed by Michael Schiralli.

In the tradition of Forbidden Broadway and the Capitol Steps, Damaged Care: The Musical Comedy about Health Care in America provides a hilarious internal examination of health issues that concern us all, including depersonalization of care, weakening of the doctor-patient relationship, unnecessary tests, overwhelmed emergency rooms, and the rise of "super-bugs."

Drs. LaGana and Levy, who wrote the book and lyrics, have performed Damaged Care to rave reviews across the country over the past 11 years, and continue to update the show as new issues arise. Q&A with Drs. LaGana and Levy will immediately follow the performance

Tickets are $12.
$5 tickets are available for members of CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE.
