SHONN WILEY HOLDS CD RELEASE PARTY FEBRUARY 27th

Shonn Wiley takes the stage of THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440 - http://www.metropolitanroom.com/ ) on Tuesday, February 27th at 9:30 pm in celebration of the release of the World Premiere Cast Recording of "The View From Here." The original star will recreate excerpts from his award-winning performance in the 2005 New York Musical Theatre Festival.

This solo tour-de-force follows a nameless novelist as he arrives in New York City, intent on getting his first book published. Recounting his daily misadventures in a series of letters to his girl back home, he sings of the colorful, eccentric, vibrant and wildly bizarre characters that make up his new life, and the tragic events that make up his old one.

Shonn recently performed the world premiere of Timothy Huang'sƒ THE VIEW FROM HERE at the 2005 New York Musical Theatre Festival. Shonn was also selected as Outstanding Lead in a Musical for the TALKIN BROADWAY 2005 SUMMER THEATRE FESTIVAL CITATIONS.

There is a $20 Cover (includes free CD) plus a 2 Beverage Minimum.
