AND "MY FRIEND, THE CAT" AT THE BEECHMAN
The Storefront is pleased to announce My Friend, The Cat, Phil Geoffrey Bond's tale of life, love and loss, and blessings from the four-legged friends who grace our lives. Humorous, touching and ultimately uplifting, the short piece will be read aloud by Bond, with musical assistance from an array of celebrated vocalists. This one night only performance will take place on Friday, February 23rd at 8:00 pm at The THE WEST BANK CAFE/LAURIE BEECHMAN THEATER (407 West 42nd Street, NYC - 212-695-6909 - http://www.westbankcafe.com/theater/schedule ). Joining Bond onstage are an array of the cabaret world's most celebrated vocalists who will interpret the music of Carole Bayer-Sager & Carole King, John Bucchino, Charlie Chaplin & Geoffrey Parsons, Walter Donaldson & Gus Kahn, Babbie Green, Laura Nyro and Andrew Lloyd Webber.
