JENNA ESPOSITO WANTS TO SMOOCH! AT THE BEECHMAN
Just in time for Valentine's Day, Jenna Esposito will be singing some
favorite tunes about the everyone's favorite pastime...SMOOCHING!

) on Fridays, February 2nd and 9th at 9:00 pm will include songs from
such varied composers as Cole Porter, Duke Ellington, Bonnie Raitt,
Rodgers and Hart, and more. Joining her on stage will be Fortune Esposito
on guitar, Richard Schacher on piano, Saadi Zain on bass and Tom Venable
on drums with Kelly Esposito-Broelmann and Sue Matsuki providing backup
vocals. Fortune Esposito serves a musical director. Erv Raible directs.
Jenna made her NYC cabaret debut two years ago, and
has since performed shows at The Duplex, Danny's Skylight Room,
and The Laurie Beechman Theatre. Her two most recent shows, "A Hint
of Rosemary: The Songs of Rosemary Clooney," and "I Hate Men: Songs
for the Scorned" have both received critical acclaim, and her recent
"All-Star Birthday Bash" was a fun-filled evening during which she
shared the stage with a number of New York's finest performers including
Barbara Brussell, Ritt Henn, Matt Sigl, Sue Matsuki, David Ippolito
and Hector Coris.
Before joining the world of cabaret, Jenna was seen
in a number of theater and musical theater productions, including
"Godspell" (Day By Day), "Twelfth Night" (Feste), "Twelve Angry
Women" (Juror #3), and "Sleeping Beauty" (Princess Beauty). She
spent two seasons touring with Story Salad, a division of Theatreworks,
and one season touring with the George St. Playhouse's children's
theatre company.
There is a $16 cover plus a $15 food/drink minimum.
