TRAMPS LIKE US AT THREE VENUES THIS SPRING

TRAMPS LIKE US featuring four "Tramps", namely Alanda Coon, Mike Descoteaux, Patrick Burke and Sean Sullivan will play at three venues in April and May. The show features the music of Bruce Springsteen, as sung by Alanda Coon. On Fridays, April 27th & May 4th, the group will perform at MARY'S ATTIC AT HAMBURGER MARY'S (5400 North Clark Street, Chicago, IL - 773-784-6969 - http://www.hamburgermaryschicago.com/ ). Then on Fridays, May 11th & 18th at 8:00 pm they move to DAVENPORT'S (1383 North Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago, IL - 773-278-1830 - http://www.davenportspianobar.com/ ). Finally, on Saturday, May 19th at 8:00 pm, the four move the show to ACORN THEATER (107 Generations Drive, Three Oaks, MI - 269-756-3879 - http://www.acorntheater.com/ ).

Ms. Coon promises to take the audience on a journey through Springsteen's musical life while inviting the audience to reminisce about how The Boss' music relates to their own. This solid show entertains while addressing political and more serious issues.

The rock icon, Bruce Springsteen, is celebrated in this critically acclaimed cabaret performance. Alanda Coon interprets Springsteen with a feminine perspective, giving his poetry simplicity. Through heightened language and generous musical support, the audience is welcomed to hear his lyrics as if heard for the very first time.

Covers & Minimums are as follows: MARY'S ATTIC - $10 with no minimum. DAVENPORT'S - $15 with a 2-drink minimum. ACORN: - $15 - no minimum.
