STANLEY WILSON SINGS COLE PORTER AT CLUB CAFE
Boston vocalist Stanley Wilson takes the stage at CLUB CAFE (209 Columbus
Avenue, Boston, MA - 617-536-0966 - http://www.clubcafe.com/
) on Saturday, March 17th at 7:00 pm with his new show featuring the
songs of Cole Porter. He is accompanied by Doug Hammer at the piano.
The show is directed by John O'Neil.
American born tenor Stanley Wilson is an exciting and
versatile singer whose career is on the ascent. His beautifully rich
voice will lead you to know mastery of Cole Porter's songs as they
explore the many feelings and emotions one may encounter during romances.
Stanley's show will allow all to experience the witty and whimsical
gems this composer has given us. Mr. Wilson effortlessly sings opera,
oratorio, art song and cabaret-style music with a vast repertoire,
ranging from Mozart and Handel to Verdi or an intimate cabaret setting
of the songs of Cole Porter. This performance showcases the breadth
of Stanley's talent and facility.
Tickets are $18 - $15 for members of BACA.
