VOCAL TRIO PERFORMS NEW YEARS EVE AT ROSE'S TURN

at 9:00 pm.
Brian Farley has been living and performing in the
NYC area for ten years. He has performed around the country regionally
as Tony in West Side Story, Che in Evita, and the Dentist in Little
Shop of Horrors, among others. In NYC he starred in the Fringe Festival
production of Principia and has performed for President and Senator
Clinton in Picasso at Lapin Agile. In 2004 he created The Farley
Brothers, an act he performs with his brother. In 2006, Brian was
nominated for a New York City Nightlife Award, MAC Award, and won
a Backstage Bistro award for his work in "The Farley Brothers: From
Here To Fraternity." Brian holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Syracuse
University.
David Gurland, who hails from New York City, has won
a place as one of the most formidable openly gay singers in New
York's music scene. Channeling cabaret experience and instincts
into his pop/rock shows, Gurland merges talent, presence and humor,
into an unforgettable entertainment experience. Gurland's accolades
include 4 MAC Award nominations, the MAC/Hanson Award, a Gay and
Lesbian American Music Award Nomination, and three Bistro Awards,
one of which recognized his first CD, released in 1999 to rave reviews.
David has been seen at The Cutting Room, The Bitter End, Town Hall,
CBÿs Gallery, The Living Room, Don't Tell Mama, The Duplex, and
Fez, as well as out of town venues like Odettes in New Hope, The
Gardenia in LA, the Manor in NJ and Twiggs in San Diego.
A popular actor in the downtown theatre scene, Rob
Maitner has created roles in several landmark productions including
Mr. McQueen in the world premiere of Mark Hollmann and Greg Kotis'
URINETOWN! THE MUSICAL at the New York International Fringe Festival,
as well as the role of Dim in the New York premiere of Anthony Burgess'
A CLOCKWORK ORANGE, directed by Joe Tantalo. A member of Godlight
Theatre Company, Rob received a FringeNYC performance award for
his acclaimed turn as Shannon in Brad Faser's POOR SUPER MAN. Other
GTC credits include PILGRIMS OF THE NIGHT and the role of Einstein
in the revival of Steve Martin's PICASSO AT THE LAPIN AGILE, which
he performed for President and Senator Clinton. Most recently, Rob
played John the Baptist in CORPUS CHRISTI at the Jean Cocetau Rep.
In 1997, Rob received wide acclaim for his performance as Matthew
in Eric Lane Barnes' FAIRY TALES, which moved from The Duplex to
off-Broadway's WPA Theatre. For that performance, Rob was awarded
the 1998 Backstage Bistro Award for Performance in a Revue. He is
also the recipient of two OOBR Awards.
