DAVID CAMPBELL RETURNS TO CABARET
Few Australian artists have received as much international acclaim,
awards and recognition as David Campbell. From his early splashy arrival
on the Sydney theatre and cabaret scene to his extraordinary debut seasons
in New York, resulting in Bistro and MAC Awards, his consummate showbiz
style and energy has had critics reaching for superlatives for years.
Now, for the first time in over six years, David Campbell returns to
cabaret with an all new show: "Doin' Cabaret 'N Stuff," to play at THE
EL ROCCO ROOM AT BAR ME AT KINGS CROSS (Brougham Street, Kings Cross,
Sydney - 02 9368 0894) for a strictly limited season starting on Saturday,
October 29th, with additional shows on Sunday, October 30th, and Saturdays
& Sundays, November 5th & 6th and 12th 13th.
Due to previous commitments, no extension possible. David's critically
acclaimed appearance in the lead role in "Shout" through to his recent
flirtation with the pop world, his top rating radio show and most recently
his choreographic turn in TV's "Dancing with the Stars" all are proof
of David's unique versatility and ability to do it all.
