Susannah de Wrixon In "Fever: The Story of Peggy Lee"

Ireland's own cabaret diva, Susannah de Wrixon, appears in Manhattan for four night only at HELEN'S RESTAURANT, CABARET & PIANO LOUNGE (169 Eighth Avenue, NYC - 212-206-0609 - http://www.helensnyc.com/ ) on Thursdays & Fridays, October 28th & 29th and November 4th & 5th, all shows at 7:00 pm. Susannah will be appearing with her own Dublin-based jazz trio, Trio Con Brio (Cian Boylan on piano, Dave Fleming on bass, Tom Dunne on drums) in "Fever ‚ The Story of Peggy Lee", an hour-long homage to the great song stylist which has won rave reviews in the Irish press. There is a $15 cover, $15 food/drink minimum.

Ms. de Wrixon is a well-known and respected Irish actor/singer who works regularly with The Abbey Theatre, Ireland's national theatre, as well as in TV and radio productions. As a singer, Susannah has recorded two albums, starred as "Miss Hannigan" in Annie, and has worked with Rosaleen Linehan and Mary Coughlan and all of Ireland's premier jazz musicians.
