) is proud to offer again this year the popular Wilson Center Cabaret
Series. All shows are at 8:00 pm in the Dawes Studio Theater. Subscriptions
and single tickets can be purchased. Cabaret Subscription - All 5
Shows: $90. Single ticket price: $20. Group, senior & student tickets
also available.

Bette Midler's version of McBroom's song The Rose hit number one all
over the world. Audiences worldwide celebrated this captivating performer
in such hallowed halls as Carnegie Hall in New York, the Ford Amphitheatre
in Los Angeles, and both Wolftrap and the Kennedy Center in Washington,
DC. Don't miss this rare opportunity to see one of the world's finest
performers in the intimate setting of the Dawes Studio Theater.

Benson-Hora, accompanied by Mark Carlstein, take you on a journey
to the European roots of the cabaret style. This entertaining and
eclectic evening travels from the Berlin of Kurt Weill and the salons
of France, to the swankiest New York night spots. Hear music of European
cabaret masters, as well as newer American trend-setters! Victoria
Benson-Hora, a frequent performer in both Europe and America, wraps
her voluptuous soprano around these wonderful songs in a show directed
by Richard Carsey.

Curto takes an amusing and touching look at love in her latest show.
Joan has appeared at the Wilson Center in The Leading Ladies of Chicago
Cabaret and Chess - The Musical Concert, and most recently was awarded
the Chicago After Dark Award for outstanding cabaret artist of 2003.

songs from Broadway, the movies and contemporary cabaret featuring
the vibrant vocal talents of Becky Spice accompanied by Jamie Johns
on piano. These two popular Skylight stars return to the Wilson Center
with a brand new show crafted especially for our Cabaret Series.

Finishing The Act
Friday & Saturday, May 13th & 14th
Rubano
has starred as the young romantic lead Marius in the Broadway production
of Les Miserables and now brings one of the country's most acclaimed
cabaret shows to the Wilson Center. This show takes a fresh look at
some of the greatest Act One Finales from such Broadway shows as The
Sound of Music, Hello, Dolly!, Chicago and Man of La Mancha.
The Sharon
Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts is a privately funded, non-profit
cultural arts center that opened in 2002 providing a new performance
venue for regional and touring arts groups, and classroom space for
arts education. The Wilson Center brings together Milwaukee's top
arts organizations including the Milwaukee Ballet, Wisconsin Conservatory
of Music, Milwaukee Art Museum and First Stage Children's Theater
along with the Elmbrook School District in a unique partnership to
provide both visual and performing arts as well as arts education
under one roof. The Wilson Center for the Arts is nestled in Brookfield's
Mitchell Park, just south of 198th & Capitol Drive.
