Jennifer Grimm will present her new show "All Of Me" at THE DUPLEX
CABARET THEATRE (61 Christopher Street, NYC - 1-212-255-5438 - http://www.theduplex.com/
), on Saturdays, May 1st & 8th at 11:00 pm. All Of Me presents the
multi-faceted vocal talent of Jennifer Grimm - from old blues, R&B,
and Broadway classics to jazz standards, originals and a sweet collection
of lullabies. Her musical director is Jeff Klitz. There will be a
$15.00 music charge and a 2-drink minimum.
Jennifer
Grimm's most recent critical acclaim comes from her December 2003
DUPLEX shows celebrating the release of her second CD "A Christmas
With Family And Friends." The release of her debut CD "All Of Me"
coincided with her New York cabaret debut at the FireBird Cafe in
2000.
Jennifer
began her national career singing with her family's variety show Grimm
& Raye. By age 13, Jennifer had appeared on television, in theme parks,
casinos, night clubs and resorts, and had recorded in several studios
nationally. In her home town of Minneapolis she is best known for
her performances and recordings with Twin Cities' R&B band Power of
10, and is featured on their CD Driven To Soul; and continued performances
with her family, as well as her theater and solo cabaret performances.
Her theater
roles have included Mama Rose in Gypsy, Nola Granville in Weird Romance,
Jennifer in Fairy Tales, Mary Magdalene in Jesus Christ Superstar
and Lost In Boston. Jennifer continues to perform internationally
in clubs, music festivals and industrials across the USA and from
the Caribbean to the Mediterranean.
