CHRISTINE EBERSOLE DEBUTS AT FEINSTEIN'S

FEINSTEIN'S at the Regency Hotel (540 Park Avenue, NYC - 1-212-339-4095 - http://www.feinsteinsattheregency.com/) announces the debut engagement of Tony Award winning actress and singer Christine Ebersole from February 17th through March 6th in "In Your Dreams," with Billy Stritch as special guest. Tuesdays through Saturdays at 8:30 pm with late shows on Friday and Saturday at 11:00 pm. All shows have a $60 cover and $30 minimum.

Ms. Ebersole has enchanted audiences throughout her performing career, from the Broadway stage to numerous films, television series and specials, concert appearances and recordings. She first appeared in the Broadway play Angel Street, and starred in such hits as I Love My Wife, On The 20th Century, Oklahoma!, Camelot and Getting Away With Murder. Off-Broadway she starred in the critically-acclaimed production of Chekhov's Three Sisters. She also performed the title role of Mame at the Paper Mill Playhouse, the Encores! productions of Ziegfeld Follies of 1936 and A Connecticut Yankee, and headlined Lincoln Center's American Songbook series. Her performance in the Broadway revival of 42nd Street earned her the 2001 Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical, as well as the 2001 Outer Critics Circle Award.

Christine's film credits include the Academy Award-winning Best Picture Amadeus, Tootsie, Thief of Hearts, Bill Cosby's Ghost Dad, Dead Again, My Girl 2, Richie Rich, Black Sheep, Til There Was You and My Favorite Martian. She was a cast member on the 1981-82 season of NBC-TV's "Saturday Night Live" and received an Emmy Award nomination for ABC's "One Life to Live." She has also guest-starred on "Will & Grace," "Madigan Men" and "Ally McBeal." Other television credits include: CBS' remake of Gyspy, PBS' special Ira Gershwin at 100: A Celebration at Carnegie Hall and the PBS broadcast of The Rodgers & Hart Story: Thou Swell, Though Witty. Christine's first solo CD, Live at the Cinegrill, was recently released.

Billy Stritch, one of the premier performers on the Manhattan jazz and nightclub scene, is a 1994 Grammy Award winner for his quintuple-platinum country song "Does He Love You?" recorded by both Reba McEntire and Patti LaBelle. He served as musical supervisor and vocal arranger for Liza Live >From Radio City Music Hall and acted as associate producer, pianist, and arranger for Minnelli's CD Gently, which earned two Grammy Award nominations. He recently starred opposite Ms. Ebersole in the Broadway revival of 42nd Street and performed Off-Broadway in Our Sinatra. He was named "Best Jazz Instrumentalist" by the Manhattan Association of Clubs. Billy has performed on many television shows including "The Today Show," "The Oprah Winfrey Show," "The Rosie O'Donnell Show," "The View" and the "Charlie Rose Show" and has headlined around the world. His latest recording, Jazz Live, was recently released by Fynsworth Alley / After 9 Records.
