MARGARET WRIGHT "ABOUT TIME" AT DILLON'S

OBIE, Bistro and 3-time MAC Award winning singer Margaret Wright returns to cabaret with her all-new show "About Time" at The Backroom at DILLON'S (245 West 54th Street, NYC - 212-307-9797), Sunday, October 5th at 2:00 pm, and Mondays, October 6th & 13th at 8:00 pm, and Friday, October 10th at 8:00 pm. There will be a $15.00 music charge and a $10.00 food/drink minimum.

Ms. Wright has received three consecutive MAC Awards for Outstanding Performance in a Revue, a Back Stage Bistro Award and three MAC Award nominations for Outstanding Female Vocalist. Margaret received the OBIE Award for her performance in Gertrude Stein's "A Manoir" at the Judson Poets' Theater. Margaret, along with Sharon McNight, shared the honor of opening the legendary Eighty Eight's.

Margaret's cabaret revues include: "Thanks For The Memory" with Marcia Lewis, ~th "My Eyes Wide Open, Love & Lemer" with Arthur Siegel, and "Little White Lies." Margaret has been an annual TeddyCare regular since its inception. More recently Margaret toured with Joanne Worley in "Jerry's Girls." Prior to this Margaret has been seen on Broadway with Katherine Hepburn in "As You Like It" and with Pearl Bailey in "Bless You All." Off and Off Off Broadway credits include "Give My Heart An Even Break" (Manhattan Theater Club), "Oh ... Nothing" (LaMama, ETC), "Two Camps" (Actors Playhouse), "Joan" (Circle In The Square), "Peace" (Astor Place Theater); and regionally in "The Making of Americans" (Baltimore's Center Stage), and "A Look At The Fifties" (Washington DC's Arena Stage). Television credits include "Songs of Irving Berlin," and "Christmas Rappings" (CBS / Camera 3), "Your Show of Shows," "Ceasar's Hour," "The Fred Waring Show" and "The Patti Page Show."
