WICHINSKY RETURNS TO DANNY'S
Jerry Wichinsky
brings his highly acclaimed show "Blue Velvet Fog" to DANNY'S SKYLIGHT
ROOM (342 West 46th Street, NYC - 1-212-265-8133 - http://www.dannysgrandseapalace.com/)
on Fridays, September 12th and October 17th. Both shows are at 7:00
pm. Jerry brings with him his pianist/arranger Lucy Galliher, along
with Bernice Brooks on drums and Don Moore on bass. Cabaret veteran,
Erv Raible, directs the show. There is a $12 cover plus a $10 food/drink
minimum.
Jerry Wichinsky
has been appearing to sold-out audiences in New York City jazz and
cabaret clubs such as Chez Suzette, Don't Tell Mama, Rose's Turn,
and The Triad. Dubbed the "Blue Velvet Fog" by club audiences because
of his smooth jazz vocal style, the show features contemporary and
classic songs by Duke Ellington, Harold Arlen, Alec Wilder, Cole Porter,
as well as many others.
