Wesla Whitfield Master Class in April

Vocal master classes conducted by Wesla Whitfield are to begin in April of 2003. Highly praised and immensely popular in college and performance venues across the country, these vocal workshops come to San Francisco at last. The workshop series focus is on lyric interpretation and communication through intense study of the great American standards, and skills learned in these unique sessions can be easily applied to a wide variety of music genre.

Classes within this new series, Wesla'a Vocal Workshop will meet once weekly four times per month with no more than six students per group. Each participant will study and perform two assigned songs per week. Workshop size is kept at this small number to assure individual attention while maintaining a highly effective group setting.
