Written by Jamie Rocco and Albert Evans with Heidi Karol Johnson, Patti Wyss and Ed Cionek and directed and choreographed by Mr. Rocco, the musical revue celebrates and pokes fun at the ME generation. STREAKIN'! features over 40 hit songs and fast-paced skits that include "Scream That Theme" (think 'Name That Tune'), "27 Bubblegum Lane" (think 'Partridge Family') and "Scary's Disco Inferno" ('Saturday Night Fever' meets 'Carrie' at the 'Towering Inferno'). The show revisits musical styles from disco to country to soul with such hits as " I Love The Nightlife," "YMCA," "Take Me Home Country Roads," "Walk On The Wild Side," "I Am Woman," "Joy To The World," " Have You Never Been Mellow," "You Light Up My Life," "The Bitch Is Back," "I Will Survive," "Last Dance," and three dozen more chart toppers.

STREAKIN'! features Tari Kelly (Beauty & The Beast, Showboat), Monte Wheeler (The IT Girl), La Vonda Elam (Jane Eyre, Big River), Darryl Jovan (Smokey Joe's Cafe with Gladys Knight), Christi Moore-Leslie (national company of Wizard of Oz with Mickey Rooney) and Danny Vaccaro (Nunsense Ah-Men), with Trevor Richardson and Sandra Bargman. Orchestrations are by Patti Wyss and Ed Cionek with the 5-piece "Mellow Bunch" under the Musical Supervision of Jason Paul DeBord (BATBOY) and Musical Direction of John Di Pinto.

STREAKIN'! began as a workshop by creators/writers Jamie Rocco and Albert Evans who were responsible for the off-Broadway hits PAGEANT and NITE CLUB CONFIDENTIAL. A six-week try-out at a small theatre in Wichita turned into a five month run. Reaction to "How would you like a nice Hawaiian Punch?, "Dy-no-mite!", "It's not nice to fool Mother Nature," pet rocks, tube tops, hot pants, white polyester pantsuits and the Village People, plus the recent popularity of such 70's phenomena as THE DONKEY SHOW and FOX-TV's "That 70s Show," confirmed the on-going interest in the sexy, rockin' 70s. The international sensation of ABBA's MAMMA MIA and the return of disco clubs emphasized the universal appeal of both mocking and simultaneously embracing the what-were-we-thinking? culture of the 70s. STREAKIN's references to The Jeffersons, The Mary Tyler Moore Show and All in the Family generate spontaneous audience sing-alongs. And STREAKIN'!, of course, includes a real live Streaker, (i.e. someone running naked at high speed through a very public place.) The audience is invited to join in the party atmosphere of the show, by participating in a mock TV game show.

Writer/director Jamie Rocco did the musical staging for Madison Square Garden's productions of THE WIZARD OF OZ starring Roseanne and Eartha Kitt. He also directed, choreographed and re-conceived a new stage version of SINGIN' IN THE RAIN which has been produced around the globe. Other directing credits include the off-Broadway revival of HENRY, SWEET HENRY, the World Premieres of YANKEE DOODLE DANDY, THAT'S MARIO, ROCK & ROLL CHRISTMAS, A COUNTRY CHRISTMAS CAROL, DOIN' WHAT COMES NATURALLY (London), and GALAXY EXPRESS 999 (Tokyo).

Writer/arranger Albert Evans wrote the music for the off-Broadway hits PAGEANT and NITE CLUB CONFIDENTIAL. As Composer-in-Residence at the Paper Mill Playhouse, he wrote lyrics for MIKADO, INC. and music for GREAT EXPECTATIONS and A TALE OF TWO CITIES. He also wrote the lyrics for the New York City Opera's new performing version of THE MERRY WIDOW, broadcast on PBS' Live from Lincoln Center. His most recent musical is the Dickens-meets-Nashville fantasy A COUNTRY CHRISTMAS CAROL.

STREAKIN'! is being produced by Steven Yuhasz and Jennifer Hall. The Production Stage Manager is Cecelia Martin with costume and scenic design by Anne Lommel, lighting by Herrick Goldman, sound design by David Arnold and General Management by Maria Productions.
