singer/comic Rick Skye will encore his hit show, "A Slice O' Minnelli"
at THE DUPLEX CABARET THEATRE (61 Christopher Street, NYC - 1-212-255-5438

for two performances, on Friday, September 26th at 9:00 pm & Sunday,
September 28th at 7:00 pm. His longtime musical director, Ricky Ritzel
will be at the baby grand. There is a $15.00 cover and a 2-drink minimum.

This popular
tribute to "Mrs. Show Biz" includes a production number tracing her
legendary career, a "New" Charles Aznavour song," an "Ode" to Betty
Ford, a screen test for the upcoming remake of the movie of "Sunset
Boulevard" and a tribute to one(!) of her famous parents. The show
includes tons of special material and enough sequins to float the
Titanic.

- Best Newcomer, Best Male Musical Comedy Performer, 1994 Bistro Award),
"MACABARET - a tabloid fable" (MAC Nomination - Best Revue) and now
"A Slice O' Minnelli" have grown to expect outrageous comedy, wall-to-wall
special material and unusual and complex musical arrangements in the
shows he has written and performed in.
This year
Mr. Skye also appeared on Jamie deRoy's new CD "Family," singing a
duet with Ms. deRoy on a Neil Sedaka tune called, "Little Brother"
and was seen to great advantage at "TEDDYCARE," "Timeless Diva's"
and "Jamie deRoy and Friends." He most recently appeared in the Legendary
Ladies number at this year's spectacular MAC Awards show at the Symphony
Space, Carol's ArtsVan Benefit with Richard Skipper and the "First
Annual Cabaret Festival" in Rehoboth Beach.
