ANNA BERGMAN AND TODD MURRAY ARE SIEGEL'S CD PICKS

TheaterMania.com's Barbara & Scott Siegel have chosen their next set of CDs in their recently launched "Picks of the Month" series at The Backroom at DILLON'S (245 West 54th Street, NYC - 212-307-9797) on Sunday, December 7th at 7:00 pm. The renowned soprano Anna Bergman will be honored for her CD "Souvenir" (LML Music), as will one of New York cabaret's newest discoveries, baritone Todd Murray for his debut CD "When I Sing Low" (Zate Entertainment). Ms. Bergman and Mr. Murray will perform, and each is joined by a guest performer. Anna Bergman's guest will be Andrea Marcovicci and Todd Murray has chosen Christine Andreas. There is no cover, no minimum. Doors open for dinner at 6:00 pm. Reservations are strongly recommended.

Sponsored by TheaterMania.com, this once-a-month celebration of cabaret's best CDs takes place at Dillon's on the first Sunday night of every month. Each honoree will perform approximately seven songs to demonstrate why they were chosen. In addition, the selected CDs will be played throughout the night and featured on the restaurant's sound system for the rest of the month. Their CDs will be on sale on December 7th and the honorees will be on hand to autograph them.
