MARTHA LORIN IN "JAZZ TO BROADWAY AND BACK" MAMA ROSE'S

Jazz singer Martha Lorin will bring her all-new show Jazz To Broadway and Back" to MAMA ROSE'S (219 Second Avenue, NYC - 212-533-0558 - http://www.mamaroses.net/), October 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th, Tuesdays at 7:00 pm. "Jazz To Broadway And Back" features songs from the Gershwins, Arlen, Berlin and Sondheim to Rodgers & Hammerstein, Hart, Ellington, Strayhorn and Martha Lorin. Russ Kassoff is music director, Jay Leonhart on bass, directed by Erv Raible. There will be a $15.00 music charge and a 2-drink minimum.

Martha's most recent critical acclaim comes from her previous shows, "Close Enough For Love," an eclectic mix of material from her recordings "The Best Is Yet To Come," "The Time Is Now," "A Celebration of Ella" and "Come Walk With Me," "Americana" based on the soon to be released Charles Osgood CD "Freedom Sings," and "BROADway," an evening of jazz versions of Broadway songs with Jane Scheckter and Trudi Mann.
