NOVEMBER/DECEMBER KING KONG ROOM SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED

KING KONG ROOM at the Supper Club (240 West 47th Street, NYC - 1-212-921-1904 - http://www.KingKongRoom.com/) has announced its cabaret schedule for the rest of November & December. As with all live entertainment events, schedule is subject to change. Be sure to call for reservations and confirmation of performance.

Monday, November 24th

7:00 pm - LADY ALTOVISE - "Meet Me On The Moon - A Tribute to Phyllis Hyman" This jazz and blues singer pays tribute to her idol with material from Hyman's career - from Sophisticated Ladies to the Grammy Award-winning recordings. This show is directed by Lillias White and the entire production is overseen by Mercedes Ellington. $15 cover, $15 food/drink minimum.

9:00 pm - ANDREW LIPPA ® The award-winning composer/lyricist of Off-Broadway's The Wild Party, john & jen and several songs in the Broadway production of You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown unveils a collection of new songs including material from his upcoming musicals A Little Princess and Jerry Christmas. Singing from the piano, Andrew will be joined by special guests Julia Murney and Shoshana Bean plus Ric Molina on guitar and Conrad Korsch on bass. $15 cover, $15 food/drink minimum. Friday & Saturday, December 19th & 20th

Monday, December 22nd

7:00 pm - "A Manhattan Christmas," an evening of jazzy holiday standards arranged by Steve Marzullo and Michael Gruber. Some of Broadway's best-loved singers (Max von Essen, Ann Harada, Alice Ripley, Julia Murney and Jessica Molaskey) will perform along with a vocal jazz quartet - (Danette Holden, Nina Hennessey, Amy Luce and Mr. Gruber).
