A
GOODFELLA COMES TO JUDY'S CHELSEA

Craig
Zurlini brings a brand new show of swinging standards and Jersey-boy
fun to JUDY'S CHELSEA (169 Eighth Avenue, NYC - 212-929-5410 - http://www.judyschelsea.com/)
for four nights only, Tuesdays, November 26th & December 17th at 8:30
pm, and Sunday, December 1st at 3:00 pm & 15th at 5:30 pm. There os
a $10 cover plus a $12 food and drink minimum.
Mr. Zurlini, a third-generation
Italian-American from New Jersey, will be performing hip-swingers
like "No Moon At All" and "Are You Having Any Fun?" along with specialty
tunes he learned at his mama's knee ... from the Rosemary Clooney
hit, "Come On'a My House" to the Italian Christmas ditty, "Dominic
the Donkey."
Every Italian boy worth
his scungilli worships Dean Martin and Mr. Zurlini is no exception.
The show will include a medley of DeanO's hits, along with "I'm Your
Guy," a contribution from fellow paisan, John Pizzarelli. The evening
is directed by MAC Award winner Lennie Watts, and musical directed
and arranged by Tracy Stark, who also adds vocals on the seasonal
standard, "Baby It's Cold Outside."
Craig Zurlini, a former
Marine Corps Officer, was stationed in Southern California for several
years, where he started singing in various clubs during his off hours.
Two years ago, he returned to the East Coast to make his New York
cabaret debut with a sold out run of "Make Someone Happy" at DON'T
TELL MAMA (343 West 46th Street, NYC - 212-757-0788 - http://www.donttellmama.com/).
