FEINSTEIN'S presents TONY AWARD WINNING actress/singer LILLIAS WHITE


IN NEW SHOW "FROM SHUBERT ALLEY TO JAZZ ALLEY" APRIL 2nd Æ 20th

FEINSTEIN'S at the Regency Hotel (540 Park Avenue, NYC - 212-339-4095 - http://www.feinsteinsattheregency.com/) will present Lillias White in "FROM SHUBERT ALLEY TO JAZZ ALLEY" from April 2nd through 20th. Featuring acclaimed jazz musicians James Williams on piano, Ron Carter on bass, Grady Tate on drums and Phil Hamilton on guitar, the show includes theatre songs from Richard Rodgers and Cy Coleman, pop classics by Hoagy Carmichael and Burton Lane and jazz standards by Antonio Carlos Jobim and Thelonious Monk.

Lillias White recently returned to Broadway to star in DREAMGIRLS, the one-night-only gala benefit concert. She is the quadruple-crown winner of the 1997 Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle and People's Choice Award for her performance in Cy Coleman's THE LIFE. Other Broadway credits include HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS, CATS, ONCE ON THIS ISLAND and BARNUM. Off-Broadway credits include DINAH WAS (as Dinah Washington) and ROMANCE IN HARD TIMES (Obie Award). Film credits include "How The Grinch Stole Christmas" and Disney's "Hercules." She won an Emmy for her work on "Sesame Street" and has appeared at the Kennedy Center, Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center and PBS's "In Performance at the White House."

FEINSTEIN'S AT THE REGENCY will play the following schedule: Tuesday through Saturday at 8:30 pm with late shows on Fridays and Saturdays at 11:00 pm. Ticket prices and food & beverage minimums are as follows: Tuesday through Saturday 8:30 pm shows - $60 cover and $39.50 minimum; Friday and Saturday 11:00 pm late show - $60 cover and $25 minimum. Jackets are suggested, but not required.
