(Manhattan Association of Cabarets & Clubs) and ASCAP (The American
Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers) will co-present the
MAC/ASCAP Songwriters Showcase at THE LIGHTHOUSE (111 East 59th Street,
NYC) on Tuesday, February 19th, at 6:00 pm. Admission is $10 for the
general public, $5 for ASCAP members and FREE for MAC members. Seating
is on a first come, first served basis. No advance reservations necessary.
The Showcase, produced
by Michael A. Kerker and Jamie deRoy, will be hosted by former MAC
President and current MAC President Emeritus Jamie deRoy who began
these showcases in 1987 as part of the regular MAC seminar series
on cabaret-related topics.
