CABARETFEST! IN PROVINCETOWN TO FEATURE
SALLY MAYES IN TWO PERFORMANCES

CABARETFEST!, the nation's only mobile cabaret festival, is returning to Provincetown, MA for 4 days of cabaret celebration and performance. Beginning on May 3rd and continuing through the 6th, the series features a dozen cabaret artists in a variety of showcase performances, lectures and social events.

Headlining CABARETFEST! with two performances at Provincetown's premiere cabaret room, THE CROWN & ANCHOR (247 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA) will be one-time Tony Award Nominee Sally Mayes, who just completed a run of the off-Broadway show "Pete & Keely" at the JOHN HOUSEMAN THEATER in New York City. She was nominated for a Tony Award for her performance in SHE LOVES ME.

As in past festivals, CABARETFEST! will present it's artists throughout the city of Provincetown, utilizing the diversity of performance spaces that the town has to offer: bars, restaurants, churches, galleries and museums.

Additional weekend highlights include the show "At The Movies" featuring Boston cabaret artists Nina Vansuch, Michael Ricca, Will McMillan, & Brian Patton, music historians Benjamin Sears & Bradford Connor, noted children's composer David Polansky and local Provincetown performers Richard Buckley, Pat Fritzgerald and John Thomas.
