LAURIE BRICKER RETURNS TO ARCI'S PLACE IN SEPTEMBER
SHOW IS CALLED "Heart,
Soul and Song"

Bricker returns to ARCI'S PLACE (450 Park Avenue South, NYC - 212-532-4370

after a very successful engagement earlier this year with a new show
entitled "Heart, Soul and Song." The first performance will be on
Tuesday, September 4th at 8:00 PM with additional performances on
Mondays, September 10th & 24th at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, September 11th
at 8:00 PM and Sundays, September 16th & 23rd at 7:00 PM.
Ms. Bricker will once again
lend her beautiful vocals and expertise in blues, pop and standards
on such musical offerings as "Heart and Soul," "Secret Love" and "With
a Song in My Heart," as well as a few of her own original compositions,
including a very funny song called "Unless," about the perils of running
into old lovers on the streets of New York. The show is directed by
Lina Koutrakos and Rick Jensen serves as Musical Director.
Laurie has headlined at
the TOP OF THE TOWER at the Beekman Tower Hotel and performed her
one woman show at DON'T TELL MAMA and THE BITTER END. As lead singer
for the pop/jazz/r&b band "Wanda and The Way It Is," she has sung
at New York's CHINA CLUB, THE CAT CLUB and THE LONE STAR CAFÄ. She
is theatrically trained and has been the voice for Pepsi, Pizza Hut
and Haagan Daaz, as well as others both nationally and internationally.
