HOLIDAY CDs PROMOTED ON THE WEBSITE
Once again we added a page to the CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE website listing holiday CDs released by cabaret performers. I actually used the listings from last year, so please check if your holiday CD is listed - and if it is still available. In either case, let me know right away. You can promote your special Holiday CD page for free - and you don't have to be a member of CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE to be listed. I only ask that you send me a copy of your CD and a website link where it can be purchased. Send all mail to Stu Hamstra, 676A Ninth Avenue #120, New York, NY 10036.

MORE NEWS PLEASE
I am back to working alone on the newsletter and the website, and so I don't have as much time as before to check out the websites of venues around the country for news and listing items. If you are reading this newsletter, and you are a performer or booking manager with shows scheduled for December and January, you can save me a lot of time and effort by sending in your listings to stuhamstra@cabarethotlineonline.com - I will do my best to give you coverage in the MONDAY and MID-WEEK issues. Please remember, the more complete the listing, the more likely I will use it.

A WORD FROM SOME OF OUR SPONSORS
REMEMBER: Each weekly issue of the CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE newsletter includes listings for all the banner advertisers on the website - and these items will be repeated as long as the banner is running. In many cases there are more detailed articles on these items in the BREAKING NEWS section of the website. Shows currently running banners are now included in the regular city-by-city listings, while other cabaret events are listed here.

PROMOTE YOUR SHOW, CD OR OTHER EVENT WITH A BANNER ON THE WEBSITE
I don't want you to miss out if you are planning on running a banner for your show for December. I limit the number of ads to 20 per week and in some weeks only a few slots remain. Last year we had to turn down banner advertisers some weeks since several folks took advantage of the pre-holiday time to promote their CDs for holiday giving. A banner ad for three weeks can cost as little as $108 total - if you take advantage of the PayPal and Member Deals discounts - and even less if you are a GOLD member of CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE. SILVER members receive a one-time rebate of $20 on their first banner ad of the membership year.

Performers running banners get a special listing for their show or other cabaret-related item in every MONDAY issue of CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE, reaching nearly 2,500 subscribers. Go to http://svhamstra.com/BannerHere.shtml or else just send me a note at banners@svhamstra.com with the single word "banners" in the subject line, and I'll send all the details.

SPECIAL TO MEMBERS OF CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE
All members are entitled to promote their CDs on the special CD SALES page on the website - and I think I have filled all the requests sent in correctly. I spent my "nights off" adding about 40 new pages, but I need you to check to make sure that the proper links are included, and if your CD is missing or a link is incorrect, let me know at once. If you are 2004-2005 Member and have not yet requested that your CDs be included, drop me a line and we will see how quickly it can be added.

IT'S TIME TO GO
At the top of this newsletter I promised that you would read things in this issue you will not find published anywhere else. Did I keep my promise? But once again I have gone over my self-imposed 10,000 word limit, and I still have more items to tell you about - they will have to wait until the next issue.

Once again a great big thank you to the nearly 345 folks who have joined and/or rejoined CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE as members for the 2004-2005 membership year. Over 450 joined last membership year, which ended on July 5th. Your continued support will make CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE bigger and better in the months to come. SILVER basic memberships are $20, and GOLD supporting memberships are $75. Memberships are available for greater amounts as well. For information on becoming a contributing member of CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE, check at http://svhamstra.com/Membership.shtml or else just send me a note at membership@svhamstra.com with the single word "membership" in the subject line, and I'll send all the details. You can even make your donation by credit card, using PayPal. If you make your donation by check, please make the check payable simply to Stu Hamstra and send to 676A Ninth Avenue #120, New York, NY 10036.

And that is just about the way it was.

Hugs & Stuff,

STU
