1997 MAC AWARD NOMINEES

February 28, 1997 - Manhattan Association of Cabarets & Clubs
(MAC) the organization founded in 1983 dedicated to advancing
the art and business of live entertainment has announced its nominees
for the 1997 MAC Awards. The nominees were announced at a
special press event at RAINBOW © STARS. Karen Akers
and Christine Pedi jointly read the list of nominees before an audience
of press reporters and cabaret devotees.
